What do I pay for?
You pay for every letter from a Russian woman you open, every letter you send to a Russian woman, every Inquiry note you send (service package subscribers have 10 free Inquiry notes monthly), every video of a Russian woman you watch (subscribers can watch 20 video clips every month for free), you also pay for every additional photo you send to a woman, and for every additional photo from a Russian woman you open.

How much does it cost me?
You purchase conventional e-mail credits called UNITs. You can purchase multiple credits so that you do not have to use your credit card each time you want to send or receive e-mail, photo, order gift delivery, or watch a video. Your account at Amazing-Women.com is debited for each Inquiry, e-mail, photo, gift order, or video. You can view a history of your credit activity at any time at the "Payment History" section of your account. The price for 1 UNIT (consequently, cost of a letter, an additional photo, a gift) depends on how many UNITs you buy at one purchase - the more UNITs you buy at once, the less sending/opening a letter, sending/receiving an additional photo, gift delivery order would cots you - 1 letter forwarding including translation can be as cheap as $5.00! The price varies from $7.47 per 1 UNIT to $5 per 50 UNITs. Please, consult our price list for details.

I must admit that I'm a little shocked you would charge the men almost $10 to open emails from women.
First of all, it is not actually $10 per letter; you can reduce the price of the letters by buying multiple credits, called UNITs. Thus you can reduce the price of the letter to $5, besides note, translation is included. If our services are expensive for you, you can search for a cheaper web-site that offer you unlimited correspondence for a small monthly membership fee, but take into consideration that free web-sites are not free of scammers - women place their profiles there themselves, via internet, and no one checks women's identity; there are also smaller marriage agencies, that can offer you unlimited correspondence for a small monthly fee, but they will usually offer you profiles of Russian women from one city only, which would limit your choice to 200-300 Russian brides (including all women from 18 to 55).

How do I keep track of the balance of my account?
First of all, the current state of your account is displayed on the "welcome" page (the first page you see right after you log in into your account). Every letter you write or read, every photo you send or receive, i.e. every UNIT you spend is reflected in your "payment history" - you can check it any time.

How do I pay?
You can pay for our services in different ways: first of all, you can pay on-line using your credit card. I'm just curious to know is it any other way to buy those UNITs than credit card or internet. Is it possible to send money to your account?
No, it is not possible to send money to our account, the only alternative to the on-line payment is money transfer or other systems like this.

If it is more convenient for you, you can pay by money transfer. But note, when you use credit card on-line you do not give details to an "unknown bank", you pay through secure payment server of our designated payment service provider for credit card orders with VISA / MasterCard licenses and 3D Secure protocol. I have paid for sending e-mail, but I have "no UNITs available". Why?
The orders are processed automatically and funds are added to your account within 5-10 minutes after the moment you send funds. If there are some problems with processing your order, you get the error message generated by the secure payment server. If your credit card was charged and funds were not added to your account within 10 minutes (this may happen due to bad internet connection or a glitch in the program) always contact us.

For the longest time it seems like I am being deducted 2 UNITs for each letter I send, when it should be one?
It is not possible - the system works automatically, UNITs are deducted automatically for each letter you read and each letter you send. Besides, every letter you send or read is recorded in your payment history. If you find out that you were charged twice for the same letter, please, contact us - we will check and refund you UNITs in case you were charged for duplicate letters.

When I open a letter and read it I am charged a UNIT. Ok, but if I close it to answer it later am I charged again for the same letter?
Never. If you opened a letter once, the status of the letter is changed to "opened" and you will be never charged for reading it again. But, it is possible that operator at the local agency has sent you the same letter twice - do not forget that there work live people and mistake can happen - in this case do not hesitate to contact us, we will refund you UNITs you spent on reading duplicate letters.

Do you accept payments in currencies other than USD or EUR?
You can see available currencies for each payment method you use. Usually processing gateways offer three major currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP. You can change the currency of payment when you proceed to the payment form through "Payment settings - Change currency" option.

Payment limits?
We would like to attract your attention to payment limits that may be applied to your credit card: the number of transactions or amount allowed for a single card in a given time period is limited by our authorized Sales Agent:
Daily limit: max total amount: 5000, max number of transactions: 10
Weekly limit: max total amount: 7000 max number of transactions: 20
Monthly limit: max total amount: 10000 max number of transactions: 30
Keeping in mind the limit for max number of transaction for a given period of time for one card you can use several credit cards to pay for our services, BUT we would recommend you a better way out:
make payments for a larger amount with one payment and you will get the same amount of UNITs or chat minutes for lower cost and will be using your card less often.
