1. How much money the girl is ready to spend on photos; she can go to a professional photographer who makes portfolios for professional models, and the photographer will make a woman look just great.
2. If a girl is/was a model (professional or not professional; nowadays in Ukraine and Russia there are many the so-called "model schools" which girls of 15-20 attend, they have some lessons and photo-sessions). So, if a girl has attended such lessons she can pose for the camera, and looks good in the pictures. But there are women about whom we can tell "camera loves them" - they just turn out well in the pictures whoever photographer is.
3. The city and the local marriage agency the lady is from. In such big cities as Kiev or Kharkov, Moscow and St. Petersburg it is easier to find a good professional photographer than, let's say, in Mariupol or Gorlovka. Besides, agencies advise women which photographer makes good photos. For example, in Mariupol local agency they have a deal with a photographer who makes photo-sessions for the girls from the agency with a discount.
